Mark has had a hand in payments innovation at Multi Service for more than a quarter of a century. When he joined the company in 1985, Mark was responsible for marketing and business development of the aviation and fleet card programs, both of which pioneered breakthrough technology in their respective industries. Under his leadership, the aviation program became the most used and accepted fuel card in the aviation world.
Since he became president of Multi Service in 1999, Mark has been responsible for the overall business development and vision of the company. He expanded the company’s global presence through the acquisition of its European subsidiary and the founding of Multi Service Private Label. Mark continues to oversee the management and growth of worldwide commercial payment programs and products.

For over two decades, Michele has been an integral leader in architectural management and new business development at Multi Service. As senior vice president, Michele oversees worldwide corporate IT resources and leads the systems architecture team. Michele is also responsible for development and management of government programs, including AIR Card® and SEA Card®,
aviation and marine fuel procurement programs facilitated by Multi Service on behalf of the DLA – an agency of the United States Department of Defense.
Michele began her career at Multi Service in 1989 and has since played a number of managerial roles in customer service and program management. Michele was integral to the establishment of the company’s Australian subsidiary in 1997. She also led the launch of Multi Service Marine, Multi Service AltivisTM, and the Multi Service Aero Card.

Since joining Multi Service in 2001 as managing director of Multi Service Europe, Rutger has inspired business development and
sales management throughout the company. As senior vice president of Multi Service, Rutger oversees the management of the company’s core branded businesses: Multi Service Fuel Card, Multi Service Tolls, Multi Service Prepaid Solutions, and Open Road Drivers Plan. Rutger continues his responsibility over business development and strategic growth throughout Europe as managing director of the Netherlands offices.
Prior to joining Multi Service, Rutger provided management, sales and marketing consulting services and managed the implementation of the Smart Concept.

Molly is a member of her community choir and, in 2011, she had the honor of performing in Avery-Fischer Hall at Lincoln Center as part of a world premier choral performance.

After more than 25 years of service, Molly has played a role in nearly every aspect of the day-to-day and broad strategy of the company. She began her career at Multi Service as a financial analyst in product development in 1984. Since then, she has managed infrastructural departments including accounting, systems, program management, operations and collections as well as major programs for clients such as the GSA, AirBP, AvFuel, Navistar, Mack, Volvo and Freightliner.
Today, Molly maintains responsibility for the data processing operations and financial controls of the company. She continues to manage various service departments for many of the company’s private label programs, including client management of the company’s largest trucking industry program. This global perspective of the business serves Molly in her role as treasurer and chief financial officer, in which she oversees cash management, treasury, budgeting and projections, external financial reporting, working capital financing and tax compliance.
Prior to joining Multi Service, Molly was a senior auditor for Fox and Company, C.P.A.’s in Kansas City.

Doretta took a year off from college to live in France as a jeune fille au pair for a family in Olivet just outside of Orleans.

Doretta celebrates her silver anniversary with Multi Service in 2011. Beginning her career in 1986 as a special projects accountant, she earned the title of controller in 1988 before taking on her current role as vice president – controller in 1995. In this position, Doretta is responsible for accounting and financial reporting for Multi Service.
In 1992, Doretta assumed business line responsibility for Multi Service Fuel Card. In this role, Doretta oversees sales, customer service, program management and other day-to-day operational functions for the fuel card program. In 2008, Doretta’s business management duties expanded to include the Open Road Drivers Plan.
Prior to joining Multi Service, Doretta was a staff accountant at Ernst & Young, primarily conducting audits in the financial services industry.

Martha is a strategic thinker and dynamic leader for Multi Service. Since 1996, she has spearheaded the company’s collaborative efforts to launch custom billing and payment solutions with clients including Best Buy, PACCAR and TOTAL. Since her promotion to vice president in 2001, Martha has led worldwide private label program business development efforts, including new client acquisitions and strategic alliances. Martha also oversees account management, project management and account services for the private label division with a constant focus on program growth and commercial billing and payment innovation.
Prior to joining Multi Service, Martha taught economics at the university level and lead efforts to contract with foreign universities and the U.S. Government. As a result of these initiatives, Salinas implemented various international programs and services which proved successful in increasing funding and revenues for the university.

Brendan has visited the United States on more than 40 occasions, but has yet to fall into any of the standard American tourist traps: the Big Apple, the Vegas Strip or the Grand Canyon.

Brendan has been an instrumental leader for Multi Service since the establishment of the company’s Asia-Pacific office in 2000. As a member of the Multi Service systems architecture team, he ensures consistent methodologies in systems development and advises on new project initiations and approaches. Brendan leads resource management and direction of IT projects for Multi Service Australia. Additionally Brendan is directly responsible for business development efforts in the region.
Brendan studied medicine at the University of Melbourne before finding his niche in information technology. He now has more than 20 years of information technology expertise. Throughout his career in the finance, telecommunications and utilities industries, he has acquired an expertise in balancing project management in conjunction with business objectives.
