Mark has had a hand in payments innovation at Multi Service for more
than a quarter of a century. When he joined the company in 1985, Mark was responsible for marketing and business development of the aviation and fleet card programs, both of which pioneered breakthrough technology in their respective industries. Under his leadership, the aviation program became the most used and accepted fuel card in the aviation world.

Serving as president of Multi Service from 1999 to 2015, Mark has been responsible for the overall business development and vision of the company. He expanded the company’s global presence through the acquisition of its European subsidiary and the founding of Multi Service Private Label.  Mark continues to oversee the management and growth of worldwide commercial payment programs and products.

Brandon Spear


Brandon hails from South Africa. In addition to English, Brandon speaks French and Afrikaans, a language derived from Dutch and spoken mostly in South Africa and Namibia.

Brandon serves Multi Service as president and has a background in managing large global teams, from diverse multi-cultural backgrounds, and with operating revenue of ~$150 million. His strength is discerning and focusing on the most important challenges facing an organization at a particular point in time and unifying all stakeholders behind accomplishing a set of specific goals. Brandon has a unique ability to connect across all levels of an organization, motivate staff with diverse skill sets, while ensuring a common alignment and results. 

Prior to Multi Service, Brandon served at SAP where he was senior vice president of Global Cloud Organization. He also served in officer-level roles at Ariba and Quadrem.

Dan serves Multi Service as chief product and information officer and is responsible for strategy, innovation, and engineering for the company’s software product lines. Dan has over 20 years of experience leading technology, product, and software engineering teams concentrated in the card and payment processing industry including senior roles at TSYS, Western Union and vice president of technology at Nordstrom Bank. Over his career, Dan has led the launch of multiple SaaS applications, led three successful agile transformations, and won two CIO 100 awards.

Jim Goge

Jim has spent seven of the last 10 years commuting from Baltimore to Dallas, and now commutes from his home in Baltimore to his office in Overland Park.

Jim serves Multi Service as the senior vice president of global sales and is responsible for accelerating growth in different business lines throughout the company including Aviation, Land and Bill Plus. He brings an impressive 30-year track record of successfully deploying cloud-based supply chain solutions.

Throughout his career Jim has built global sales organizations, brought innovative supplier collaboration solutions to market, and successfully scaled global electronic trading communities. Prior to joining Multi Service, he served in various leadership roles at Aeroxchange, SAP, Quadrem and more.

For over two decades, Michele has been an integral leader in architectural management and new business development at Multi Service. As senior vice president, Michele is responsible for multiple aviation software management offerings as well as card processing in the business and general aviation arena.

Michele began her career at Multi Service in 1989 and has since played a number of managerial roles in customer service and program management. Michele was integral to the establishment of the company’s Australian subsidiary in 1997. She also led the launch of multiple Multi Service lines of business across air, sea and land segments in the transportation and logistics industries.

Martha Salinas

Martha is a strategic thinker and dynamic leader for Multi Service. Since 1996, she has spearheaded the company’s collaborative efforts to launch custom billing and payment solutions with clients including Best Buy, PACCAR and United Airlines. Since her promotion to vice president in 2001, Martha has led worldwide private label program business development efforts, including new client acquisitions and strategic alliances. 

Martha also oversees account management, project management and account services for the private label division with a constant focus on program growth and commercial billing and payment innovation. In early 2015, Martha was tasked with providing executive leadership to the Multi Service Europe division in Rijswijk, The Netherlands, working to create robust growth strategy for the Multi Service Tolls and PrePaid offerings.

Prior to joining Multi Service, Martha taught economics at the university level and lead efforts to contract with foreign universities and the U.S. Government. As a result of these initiatives, Salinas implemented various international programs and services which proved successful in increasing funding and revenues for the university.

Doretta Watson

Doretta celebrated her 30th anniversary at Multi Service in 2016. Beginning her career in 1986 as a special projects accountant, she earned the title of controller in 1988 before taking on the role as vice president – controller in 1995.  In 1992, Doretta assumed business line responsibility for Multi Service Fuel Card. In this role, Doretta oversees sales, customer service, program management and other day-to-day operational functions for the fuel card program.  In 2008, Doretta’s business management duties expanded to include the Open Road Drivers Plan®. 

Prior to joining Multi Service, Doretta was a staff accountant at Ernst &
Young, primarily conducting audits in the financial services industry.

Curt serves Multi Service as vice president, finance and controller. His primary responsibilities include managing all financial and accounting operations, financial reporting, pricing, analytics, accounting systems, controls and budgets. He oversees operations of MSTS's mid-office payment transactions business including payment processing and reconciliation activities.

Prior to joining Multi Service, he spent more than 20 years in various roles focused on strategic financial planning with Western Union, Aon Hewitt, and APAC.

Brendan has been an instrumental leader for Multi Service since the establishment of the company’s Asia-Pacific office in 2000. As a member of the Multi Service systems architecture team, he ensures consistent methodologies in systems development and advises on new project initiations and approaches. Brendan leads resource management and direction of IT projects for Multi Service Australia. Additionally Brendan is directly responsible for business development efforts in the region.

Brendan studied medicine at the University of Melbourne before finding his niche in information technology. He now has more than 20 years of information technology expertise. Throughout his career in the finance, telecommunications and utilities industries, he has acquired an expertise in balancing project management in conjunction with business objectives.

Patricia Montesi

Patricia serves Multi Service as vice president of product and services launch and focuses on bringing new offerings to market across different business lines. She is an accomplished business executive in the payments industry recognized for leading high profile client relationships while deploying, operating and growing customized software solutions. 

Prior to Multi Service, Patricia worked as the head of client services and strategic partnerships at CARDFREE where she oversaw customer engagement, delivery and operations for all clients. She has also served in other senior management roles.

Carrie is an avid gardener, and has more than 60 varieties of perennial flowers in her gardens.

Carrie serves Multi Service as vice president, associate general counsel and provides in-house counsel to the company. She has more than 25 years of legal experience, and specializes in representing payments and technology companies.  Her areas of practice include regulatory, commercial and intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining Multi Service, Carrie was in private practice and also served as in-house counsel at MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc., a global money transfer company.  She held various roles in the Legal
Department at MoneyGram, most recently serving as counsel to 
the Product Development function, negotiating agreements relating to new product offerings and coordinating Intellectual Property matters for the company.

Aaron serves Multi Service as Director, Sales and Marketing. He helps create organic opportunities that transform and grow the business through integrated marketing campaigns, lead engagement and pipeline development strategies, and brand awareness. He ensures that the marketing team provides support and drives sales across the eight different business lines as well as helps stimulate MSTS corporate culture. He serves as the embedded technology lead for the World Fuel Services marketing leadership team and reports to the WFS chief marketing officer.

Prior to joining Multi Service, Aaron worked in various roles with Intermedia Outdoors, Primedia, and AOL.
