Biography:

Ralph combines business acumen with technical expertise. He began his career at Multi Service as a recovery coordinator while pursuing a degree in computer information systems. Since then, Ralph has filled various positions within the company on both the client-facing and back-end side of program facilitation, including system administration, technical support and customer service.

In 2010, Ralph was promoted to manager, account services. In this role, Ralph oversees the daily operations of the contact support center, including collections and customer support. Here, Ralph's in-depth understanding of the operational and technical requirements of a billing and payment program combine with his passion for the customer to create new efficiencies for the client and the customer.

Ralph earned his bachelor of science from DeVry University.
