Summary of benefits by length of employment
(For full-time employees working 32 hours or more per week on a regular basis within 4 months):
- Ten (10) paid holidays

You are eligible for all other benefits below in this section if you work more than 32 hours per week on a regular basis and meet any length-of-employment requirements.
One year:
- Five (5) annual days sick/emergency leave, one of which is a personal holiday
- Two (2) weeks paid vacation annually

Two years:
- 100% employer-paid additional life insurance up to $35,000
Three years:
- 100% employer-paid long-term disability insurance
Five years:
