Summary of benefits by length of employment

(For full-time employees working 32 hours or more per week on a regular basis within 4 months):

  • Ten (10) paid holidays
  • Medical and dental insurance
  • Optional medical and dental insurance for dependents
  • Optional short-term disability insurance (sign-up at quarterly meetings)
  • 100% employer-paid $15,000 in life insurance
  • Tax savings plan eligibility
  • Three (3) days of sick/emergency leave, one of which is a personal holiday

You are eligible for all other benefits below in this section if you work more than 32 hours per week on a regular basis and meet any length-of-employment requirements.

One year:

  • Five (5) annual days sick/emergency leave, one of which is a personal holiday
  • Two (2) weeks paid vacation annually
  • Company-matching 401(k) eligibility

Two years:

  • 100% employer-paid additional life insurance up to $35,000

Three years:

  • 100% employer-paid long-term disability insurance

Five years:

  • Three (3) weeks paid vacation

Ten years to fourteen years:

  • Additional vacation

Twenty to twenty-four years:
