Duties: Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, software, hardware, network and peripherals. Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and groups. Install and maintain network and phone wire and cable interconnections. Help Desk support, during normal business hours, both by phone and in person.
Needs: Experience with basic phone installation, PC's, Windows, MS Office, computer hardware, software and networking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer Service experience helpful. Minimum of two years experience needed working with hands-on desktop technical support. Experienced with installing network and phone wiring and cabling. UNIX, LINUX and Active Directory experience is preferred, but not required.
