The mission-critical Aviation Into-plane Reimbursement Card (AIR CardSM) Program, sponsored by Defense Energy Support Center (DESC), provides U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and federal civilian agencies with a means to procure aviation fuel and related services. Program customers utilize AIR Cards to purchase aviation fuel and ancillary services at both DESC contract and non-contract aviation merchants located throughout the world.

SEA CardSM
Ships' bunkers' Easy Acquisition (SEA CardSM) Program, sponsored by Defense Energy Support Center (DESC), provides U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and federal civilian agencies with a means to procure marine fuel.
The SEA CardSM Program is not a standard "credit card". Rather it is based upon a web system known as the SEA Card Order Management System (SCOMSSM). SCOMSSM is an order/receipt/invoice system that allows the vessel to initiate fuel requests and allows merchants to respond to fuel requests online. The system is an efficient and secure internet-based ordering mechanism.
