President
Mark O’Connell is president of Multi Service and oversees all credit card processing activities for the company worldwide. In total, Mr. O’Connell has worked with corporations and government entities to develop specialized payment programs for nearly 25 years. Mr. O’Connell is a subject matter expert on the general commercial finance landscape and billing and payments industry.
Michele Urness
Senior Vice President
Michele L. Urness is senior vice president of Multi Service and is responsible for credit card processing, government services and marine industry activities worldwide, including private label programs, bankcard initiative and e-commerce applications. Urness is the primary contact for all topics related to the U.S. Government AIR Card® and SEA Card® programs as well as e-procurement in the marine bunker industry.
Molly Hundley
Vice President and Treasurer
Molly Hundley is vice president of Multi Service and is responsible for the data processing operations and financial controls departments for the company. Ms Hundley also manages various service departments for many of the company's private label programs, including client management of the company’s largest private label program within the trucking industry. In addition to these responsibilities, Ms. Hundley also serves as treasurer and chief financial officer, responsible for cash management, treasury, budgeting and projections, external financial reporting, working capital financing and tax compliance.
Doretta Watson
Vice President and Controller
Doretta M. Watson is vice president of Multi Service and is responsible for credit card processing, sales, as well as customer service for Multi Service Fuel Card and Open Road Drivers Plan®. In addition, Ms. Watson is directly responsible for accounting and financial reporting at Multi Service.
Martha Salinas
Vice President
Martha Salinas is vice president of Multi Service and is responsible for private label programs worldwide. In this capacity, Ms. Salinas oversees business development, program management, and several of the operational areas supporting Multi Service Private Label programs. Ms. Salinas works directly with private label clients to develop loyalty and portfolio growth initiatives. She has extensive understanding of billing and payment program management and operations.
Rutger Gassner
Managing Director
Multi Service Europe
Rutger Gassner is managing director of Multi Service Europe. In this capacity Mr. Gassner oversees all European business activities, strategy and business development.
Liz Benditt
Vice President – Marketing
Liz H. Benditt is vice president of marketing at Multi Service. As such, she is responsible for the implementation of strategic marketing efforts that support the long-term growth of Multi Service and its various clients. In addition, Ms. Benditt facilitates new product and service development efforts to better serve the current and future customers of the company. Ms. Benditt is a subject-matter expert in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
Brendan Lacy
Managing Director
Multi Service Australia
Brendan manages transaction processing services occurring throughout the Asia-Pacific region to support the worldwide operations of Multi Service. Additionally, Mr. Lacy is responsible for the management and implementation of cross-departmental technical projects and business development initiatives for Multi Service offices in Australia.
Dave B. Schongar
Director Risk Management
Dave Schongar is director of government programs for Multi Service. As such, he is responsible for the establishment and refinement of risk management policies for the company. Mr. Schongar has extensive knowledge of the petroleum industry, government billing and payments, as well as commercial credit requirements.
Jenny Prater
Manager, Business Development
Multi Service Private Label
Jenny Prater is manager of business development for Multi Service Private Label programs. In this capacity, Ms. Prater oversees strategic planning for private label billing and payment applications in the United States and Europe. Additionally, Ms. Prater works directly with existing private label clients to develop and implement initiatives to maintain program growth. Ms. Prater specializes in account management, ensuring that merchants, internal sales and customer communications are in alignment to achieve business objectives.
Michel Van Bommel

Michel Van Bommel is manager of business development, responsible for researching and qualifying prospective business opportunities and strategic partnerships for Multi Service throughout Europe. Mr. Van Bommel is fluent in Dutch, English and Japanese and with extensive understanding of the finance, telecom and technology industries.
Jason Davis

Jason Davis serves as business development analyst for Multi Service Private Label. In this role, Davis is responsible for establishing relationships with payments industry consultants and other strategic partners, researching new industry opportunities for Multi Service Private Label programs, and providing inside support to the business development team in the United States.

Louis Glass is business development manager for Multi Service Government Payment Programs and Multi Service Marine. In this capacity, Mr. Glass is responsible for researching, qualifying and educating prospective marine fuel buyers and suppliers on the benefits of the Multi Service Marine bunker transaction management solution.

Toon van Tol is Sales Director of Multi Service Tolls and has direct responsibility over the Multi Service Tolls program. As such, Mr. van Tol is responsible for sales management, product and market enhancements including relationships with toll operators and toll business partners to ensure comprehensive benefits to European transport companies.

Jake L. Sitler is general manager of Multi Service Fuel Card and Open Road Drivers Plan. As such, Mr. Sitler is responsible for new business development, sales management and product enhancement for each program to ensure comprehensive benefits to carriers and their drivers.
Jim Knickerbocker

Jim Knickerbocker is senior customer service manager over several Multi Service Private Label programs and Multi Service Marine. As such, Mr. Knickerbocker is responsible for the management and operations for the U.S. Government AIR Card® and SEA Card® programs, as well as customer support to other government entities and marine fuel suppliers.

Colin Wills is a consultant for Multi Service Marine Government Payment Programs. In this role, Mr. Wills has business development responsibility for Multi Service Marine, a bunker fuel procurement solution for government entities. Mr. Wills has more than 25 years of experience within the petroleum industry, including the marine fuel industry and is an excellent speaker regarding both general marine fuel trends and government payment requirements.
