The Foundation: The U.S. Government Bunker Procurement Program.

Since 2005, Multi Service has been operating the SEA Card® program on behalf of the U.S. Government for contracted marine fuel transactions.

Then in 2008, non-contracted bunker suppliers gained access to and secured business from the number one marine fuel buyer in the world – the United States Government - by utilizing the SEA Card® program

Multi Service Marine is a division of Multi Service Corporation, exclusive contractor of the U.S. Government SEA Card® program.

During 2010, 220,000 mt of fuel purchases were processed and paid through use of the SEA Card® program.  Over 530 vessels are enrolled with regular usage occurring by the Military Sealift Command, Navy, Army Corps of Engineers and Coast Guard.
