Multi Service requests regular updates from our credit & risk management data compilation partners in order to maintain a big picture view of industry trends and your commercial customers’ overall credit risk.
Internally, we continuously monitor programs to ensure that your portfolio is healthy. Each day, we pull anywhere from one to several Credit Capacity Reports, depending upon the needs of your program, to identify customers at risk of maxing-out their available credit. Our credit department works with each client individually to assess their credit usage and ensure that their account terms continue to serve their business needs.
On a regular basis, Multi Service provides you with a list of “at-risk” clients, so that you can stay up-to-date on your portfolio status and the methods we utilize to work with your commercial clients.
