Multi Service utilizes its transaction processing expertise to facilitate billing and payment programs for government entities to conduct aviation and marine fuel transactions.
The AIR Card® and SEA Card® programs serve militaries and agencies of the United States Department of Defense. AIR Card® connects cardholders with contract aviation fuel suppliers such as FBOs at airports and airstrips, worldwide. Similarly, the SEA Card® program connects military and other agency personnel with contract and non-contract marine fuel suppliers, including brokers and traders to acquire competitive pricing for fuel requirements.
The AIR Card® and SEA Card® programs served as the basis for the Multi Service Altivis and Multi Service Aero programs, marine and aviation fuel procurement programs designed to support international militaries and government agencies in acquiring competitive fuel pricing in compliance with mandated procurement procedures.

Multi Service provides an international marine fuel procurement solution for the purchase of government bunker fuel. This unique online platform offers an efficient, paperless order-to-cash marine fuel buying system to government military vessels and streamlines the ordering and payment process for government entities. Transaction processing for marine fuel transactions is conducted by Multi Service. Multi Service reimburses fuel suppliers directly for all marine fuel transactions.
