Connecting U.S. Government Vessels and Marine Fuel Suppliers, Efficiently and Effectively.

The SEA Card^® program is designed to ensure quality fuels are globally available to support U.S. Government marine vessels seeking fuel procurement support from DLA-Energy. Whether serving a humanitarian, training, war-fighting or peace-keeping mission, SEA Card^® vessels are supported by a global network of bunker fuel suppliers. Currently each port within the SEA Card^® supplier network represents an average of seven bunker merchants, including physical suppliers, traders and brokers.

All DLA-Energy-contracted marine fuel suppliers are included within the SEA Card^® program; however, SEA Card^® also gives non-contract marine fuel suppliers the opportunity to quote on available U.S. Government bunkers in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Remote regions and traditional non-commercial ports are routinely accessed through the SEA Card^® program due to the varying needs of government agencies.
