As a transaction management company, Multi Service approaches the subject of data security seriously. In order to protect the integrity of your account, we require that your password be updated every 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you last accessed your account, you will receive an “account locked” message at your next login. Please contact the SEA Card® support team for assistance. They are available 24 / 7 / 365 to ensure secure access to your account when you need it.
Additional instances in which you may need to contact the support team include: to set up or remove users, to set up group accounts, or to change email notification preferences.
